Help me with my nippels?!

so yea i ive had puffy nipples for like 4 or 5 years now!. i had them wen i was younger now i am 16 and still have one really puffed out nipple and the other went down but still is slightly puffed!. Now i have 2 different sized puffy nipples!. You must imagine how i feel when i have to take my shirt off!. This problem is really startiung to bother me , I looked up wehn i was little and it said it was normal and to give it time and it will go away!.!.!.well thta was when i was 10 im now 16!. I'd also like to mention that i still look young and have no facail hair yet so pubertys not done!.!.!. Please give me some advice, is it normal to have one nipple puffyier than the other!? helppppWww@Answer-Health@Com
