You take off what you're comfortable taking off!. I tell my clients to undress down 'as far as your comfortable'!. For some it's everything, for others it's leaving on underwear, I've had a few female clients who prefer to leave their bra on also!. Whatever they're comfortable with is what I work with!. No one should be told to remove everything, I will say that if you wear boxers, it's harder to work on the hams and quads effectively but it can be done!. You'll be covered up, most likely by a sheet and perhaps a blanket and only the area being worked on will be uncovered!.

He would ask you to wear a loin cloth which normally he would carry, however when he is massaging back he would remove that also, but while massaging your tummy ensure that your penis is not exposed!. But some more aggressive massaging places may ask you to whether you want to remove all clothes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Completely up to you, as long as you're clear they are giivng you a massage and not a hand job etc!. Ask them at the beginning if you're unsure, but usually they will leave a towel on the table, tell you to get undressed, and walk out the room!.
