Q's on Masturbating/Blue Balls/Wet Dreams?!

Question: Q's on Masturbating/Blue Balls/Wet Dreams!?
There's a few questions!. Some background: I'm 17!. I stopped masturbating completely, from about 3-5 times/week to nothing flat!. I've only had one wet dream, some years ago, nothing since!. Sometimes when I hang out with my girlfriend, we fool around!. We're saving sex for marriage, so that's out!. About a half and hour to an hour after I leave, my balls get really sore, sensitive, and a little swollen!.
So: Does masturbating have any notable good or bad effects medically!? Am I hurting myself by not doing it!?
Is the aching blue balls!? What can I do to eliminate/alleviate this!?
When and how often will I start having wet dreams to release, if ever!? Will wet dreams help with my other issues!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude come on there no benfit for either masterbating or not masterbating!. And as far as the wet dreams is concured you will only get them one if you have a sexual dream and too if you have not masterbated in at least a month!. That way you dick will be really sensetive and when you griding against you bed while you slipping it be sensetive enough to give you some serious sexual pleasure until you bust!. Because the simple fact is when you masterbate you dick become more and more unsensetive that is why people how have had sex for a long time!. Can have sex for a long time!. Because there dick becomes less and less sensetive the more times they use it!. It just science my *****!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
