Question: Growing pains in legs and feet!?
My boyfriend has been getting growing pains in his legs and feet lately!. He is 23 yrs old in January!.
He gets them mostly in the evenings!. He says they feel achy and uncomfortable!. What could be the cause of this!? Growing at his age!? Or something else!?
He hasn't been overexerting himself at all!. His body is in good shape other than the fact that he smokes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 23, I doubt that it's growing pains!. Does he have flat feet or fallen arches!?

My husband always complains from the samething!. Mostly from work hough he stands on them 10-12 hrs a day!. have him rest, give him a meesage and let him soak his feet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
