Certainly!. Weight is weight!. The only real difference is that some exercises will move more strain from the prime movers to your stabilizers and you can't rest the bar on your back!. It might be a little more difficult or require a more creative workout, but there's no good reason it couldn't be done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
