Blood pressure of 176 over 104,- 64 yr old man.?!

Question: Blood pressure of 176 over 104,- 64 yr old man!.!?
Is this normal or does he have high blood pressure!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
For a 64 year old man it isn't terrible, but it isn't the best, either!.

176 is your systolic pressure, measured when your ventricles contract and push the blood to the rest of your body!.

104 is your diastolic pressure, measured when your vessels relax!.

104 is actually a little high (though normal for 176 systolic) and you (or he) should speak to a doctor about taking some kind of medication to keep it in check, just to be safe!.
