Question: Can a 20 year old man have an enlarged prostate!?
I pee 8-12 times a day or more!. The streams aren't weak, but I do get sudden urges to go!. I have never peed my pants or even come close!. Plus some times I feel like I need to go, but nothing wil happen!.

I am not a doctor, but i did work for one for 11 years!. It is possible for a 20 yr old to have an enlarged prostate, but not all that common!. You are having symptoms that could be related to other problems, such as bladder infection, urinary tract infection, etc!. Some STDs have these symptoms as well!. It is important to drink plenty of water and decrease your caffeine and alcohol intake (if any)!. Also get to the doctor and at least have a urinalysis done to check for infections!.
