When do guys pecs become completely developed?!


Question: When do guys pecs become completely developed!?

Are your pecs not completely developed at 15!?
i do quite a few pushups but i cant get much definition y!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

doing push ups alone will not do it!. u can do different ones for instance with one hand and one leg or with your legs on a chair to help!. but i would concentrate on doing 15-30 every hour or so for a couple of weeks!. then if you have access to a gym do bench press 5 sets 5 reps heavy(70-80% of 1 rep max) with 3-5 minutes rest between sets!. add some squats and bent over rows and some curls and u are good to go!. workout 3-5 times a week for 6-8 weeks!. that will add thickness and a lot of strength and a good base!. then do the following
week 1!. 5 reps, 5 sets 4 minutes rest
week 2!. 5 reps, 6 sets 3 minutes rest
week 3!. 5 reps 7 sets 2 minutes rest!.
weeks 4-8 !. 5 reps 5 sets 5 minutes rest!.
3-5 times a week and try to add weight every workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join a gym, its not as easy as doing 2 pushups a day :) takes time and practise Www@Answer-Health@Com
