Answers:
flucutation in weight through the course of the day is normal, it would be loss of water, after having a meal meals or even water retention!.
The best bet is to take your weight the start of the day:) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't rely on a scale to weigh yourself or check weightloss progress whatever you're looking to record
Don't forget water weight is also on that weight so anything you've drank will also show up a more accurate way to measure progress would be body fat calipers or a body fat test at the doctors, don't rely on a scale as the results will never be accurate as they change according to how much you've eaten, how much you've drank, whether or not you've urinated/pooped e!.t!.cWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should just relax and stop obsessing over your weight!. You are probably beautiful and if you eat regularly and healthy and exercise then you should have nothing to worry about!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used to do that to but screw it as long as you like/love yourself for who you are that's much more important than if you had big muscles or an athlete bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
