Could easily have been that he was sleeping really soundly, needed to pee, and dreamed he had gone to the bathroom and let fly!. Most likely scenario; main cause of bed wetting in children and also in adults!. However, if he has been noticing problems with not fully emptying his bladder lately, or dripping after peeing, he may well have an overactive bladder problem that is easily fixed with a daily pill!. If he does have these other symptoms, he needs to go to a urologist!. Simple to do, might as well get off his high horse and get it done, will happen one day anyway!. Lots better to get the problem fixed now than wait for it to get worse!. By the way, been there and done that so I speak from experience!. The medications work wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know he could have a slipped disc in his back that could cause lower extremity tingling or on the worse side incontinence!.
How do you know it was pee!? Maybe a wet dream!? Was he drunk!.
If no reason to have had that happen he does need to see a doctor!. Incontinence(unable to control bladder) often is a complication of more serious things!.!.

Prostate
Bad back
pinched nerve
