ok so im 16 (girl)!.!. 17 in january and im an intern at my job and hes one of the people at my job with a more established job (has his own office/cubical) and he is 26!.!.!. im so attracted to him!.!. and he is soooo attracted to me!.!.!. we flirt constantly and i love playfully touching and caressing him and his hair from time to time, he never touches me that way but i long for him too ever so badly!.!.!.he looks at me as if hes undressing me with his eyes revealing my bare skin in his mind!.!.!. anything i need help with he springs right up to help me and offers me lunch every once in a while but i cant shake this feeling that i want to have mad crazy wild sex with him, he has once looked down at guys who looked at younger girls in a sexual manner in a random conversation we had, so im confused about that!.!.!.!. we talk about everything and enjoy each others company!.!.!. im very attractive and comfortable with my sexuality and i have active relationships with guys my age so its not that, and i only want to have sex with him NOT a relationship by any means i just want him as my "sexual partner" (just sex) i don't want money or any special privileges afterwards, just sex from time to time thats it! lol and im sure he wants the same thing!.!.!.!.!. should i go for it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a responsible adult I am inclined to say, "Wait until you are older"!.
He probably has not made a move for you cause of your age and the legality of it all!. Not to mention the awkwardness that some times happens from having a relationship with a co-worker, what ever degree that relationship may be!.
If you do decide to pursue an encounter with him, I would strongly recommend that you do not discuss it with him while at work, or with anyone else at work! Make sure that you both are aware of and understand what the limitations are and what is and isn't off limits!. And always use birth control and or condoms!
Remember, he is 26 and is just getting rolling in his career and he is probably not so inclined to do anything that would jeopardize his job or his freedom, so do make sure that both of you keep everything on the down low! In fact, you both should tone down your flirting at work so as not to fuel the rumor mill!
