Question: What does it mean when a guys penis smells verrrryyy bad!?
Seriously the smell was like fish/cheese/feet all fermented it was disgusting!.
Does it indicate and STI or a bacterial infection!?!?
Does it mena he has poor personal hygiene also!? Or could it be a combination of those things!.!.!.!.!?!?
And would you consider me a total b**** for getting completely turned off this boy after the horror of going "down there"!.!.!? I find I am no longer sexuallky attracted to him although I am emotionally!.!.!.!.there is no sexual chemistry now!.!.!.and there wasnt loads to begin with!

It means he hasn't cleaned himself very well!. If he is not circumcised, he needs to clean under the foreskin!. Otherwise, there's a cheesy substance that collects called smegma which can be smelly!. Sometimes it can also collect along the underside of the penis, even if he is cut!. He needs to pay more attention to cleaning down there!.
