Though I don't masturbate and you're trying not to, it's fine to masturbate and normal!. It releases sexual tensions and feelings, but there is so much controversy with masturbation and Christianity!. If you wish to not masturbate, take a cold shower and keep yourself occupied with either hanging with friends, cleaning the house or helping your parents or someone in need!. you first have to fully come to a conclusion why you want to RESIST!. once you do that, you can create the consequences that you ultimately suffer from you not controling yourself!.
