Answers:
you are 29- that is young enough to work out- don't make excuses!

The low testosterone is an issue as it will stop your body being able to create as much muscle so you will only be able to gain so much when you work out unless you take hormone suppliments- probably better to work out why its low- check out what you are eating!. Alot of foods have by accident, alot of the female hormone oestregen in, as it helps cows produce milk and is also in the water system as its what is in the female pill!. (the pill which stops a women getting pregnent)!. There are also other foods it is in!.

It depends on what your image of a "real man" is but you would need to work out and take suppliments and stop eating as much non organic dairy and drinking tap water for a start!. Your best bet is to get a personal trainer and nutritionalist, if you cannot afford this, at the very least work out at a gym or go running/cycle to work and back 3 days a week minimum!.

Eating more protein will help you gain more muscle but will also halt your appetite so be aware when you do alter what you eat or if you decide to take protein suppliments which are more often then not found in muscle making nurtitional foods and drinks!.

Working out in a group will also help you- you can get some motivation from the other people and also help yourself stick to your goals!. If you like being competative, this can also help!.

You need to make sure that you eat as much as you burn or you will lose weight, the amount you burn can and will vary depending on your age, weight, and how hard you work out!. I am 5'8" (female) and am 27!. I can burn around 600 to 700kcals an hour if I push it for the entire hour, otherwise its about 500 to 600 because I go from machine to machine, pause for water and generally some machines work me harder then others!. You will need a heart rate monitor to work this out- some machines have them, some machines don't!.

Muscle building excercises that are good are normally fairly obvious, things like weights, press ups, sit ups, squats!.!.!.etc, but please please please get some expert advice on this- I see so many male idiots in my gym doing these types of excercses incorrectly, I almost want to go up to them and tell them to stop panting and making stupid noises, they are not even working out properly and as a result they should not be in half the pain they are in! Also, get your technique checked evey month or sooner- its very easy to slip back into bad ways of doing things and basicly, if your posture is not correct, your muscles wont be working out properly, so you may as well not bother!. Any gym instructor worth thier salt will be bowling over themselves to help you out with technique and posture!.

Main things to remember with posture is to have a straight back, straight neck, head upwards- eyes looking just above where straight ahead would be!.
Sit ups- do not bend your neck inwards! do not stare at your chest- look at the celing infront or just above your knees, have your back flat on the floor- if it curves upwards at your hips, push it back down again, if you cant, bend your knees and bring your feet (which should be on the floor) closer to your bottom!.
Press ups- don't bend/droop your stomach, keep looking forward/ahead!.
Step machines, stair-masters, etc do not use your arms to lean on, that defies the point of the machine- its there to work your legs, not give your arms a chance to hold your body- they lock out btw, so its no real work for them anyway!
Tredmills- take your hands/arms off the rest bar, it is not recommended to hold on to something while you run!. If its too much for you, stop, come back to it in 10 minutes time when you have got your energy back!.
Bikes- ride at above 65rpm or around 75prm is best, if your too slow, theres no real work done, its not worth it, there are better ways to work out your legs then riding a bike slowly, like squats or stairmasters!. Ride fast, this is how you are supposed to ride the bike!

Remember, wheatever you do, maintain a good posture: straight back, straight neck, shoulders down, stomach in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No harm done in trying weight training (besides maybe some initial embarrassment)!. If you do it right, weight training alone will increase your testosterone levels!. A diet high in unsaturated fats, high in protein(but not ridiculously high!), balanced with a moderate amount of carbs, and low in refined sugars and saturated fats will help too!. Try eating 6 small meals a day, and if you are lifting eat more total per day than you are now!. Do some research before you start anything though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

become a cross dresser then while you are cross dressed cross your dressing as a man so you look like a woman trying to be a man then just keep doing this until you dont know what and who you are and you wont care who you are and what you look like because you will be so confused to who you are not even i know why im here!?!.!.!. hello what are you all doing in my bedroom!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well always keep up some sort of physical activity, but if you like your body, there should be no reason to do any hardcore working out, just enough to maintain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
