Question: Sharp pains in my stomach!.!.!.!? what is it!.how can it be stopped!?
idk why!.!.i feel this very uncomfotable feeling in my stomach!.!.idk why!.!.i just had a bowl movement and it still hurts 1hr later!.!.i dont get it could it be that i eat 200gprotein a day but!.!. i mean that's not even that much!.!.and i know i drink enough water!.!.so!.!.what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being a paramedic I might be able to help you, but not without a lot more detail of what type of pain, where, does it radiate to other areas, any swelling or discoloring in the pain area, any recent injuries in and around that area!.!.!.and what was you last meal before the pain started!.!.This last one is a good key but not necessarily conclusive as to why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

THATS FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!. period!. ha!!! no well ok umm havent u asked a question on this before about this and discovered its because of too much protein!?!? but i still think its growing pains!.!. thats exactly what it sounds like!.!.!.you are most likely still growing, so yeah pretty sure its that, otherwise, consult a doctor

oh yeah i forgot to say how to stop it, umm u cant lol unless u wanna take pills to stop growing!?!? umm yeah sorry u shouldnt do that :( try taking an ibprofein or asprin, that might help :) or if u dont got any, ask ur mommy to kiss it :) kisses always make it feel better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

my nutritionist told me the human body can only digest 30 grams of protein at a time!.

I was eating meals that contained 100 grams!.

Try grazing like a cow, my friend!. Let your stomach process that protein over a really long period!.

these pains in you'r stomach are most likely signs of puberty!. usually you can't stop the pain because it's part of you growing upWww@Answer-Health@Com
