Maybe still 6'3!.
Some guys hit their growth spurts really quickly and it just stalls!. You may become taller but I doubt it'll be a whole lot taller, but who knows!. How tall are your parents!? grandparents!? That'll give you a good gauge on where you'll most probably end up OR when you go for a doctor's visit, ask your doctor!. They might be alse to give you an idea!. :)

- U're only 15 years old & U're already over 6 foot tall, so by the time U reach the age of 21, U should be much taller than 6'3" by then, lol!.
