He may be a late bloomer!.
Most medics agree that the average male stops growing at the age of 21!. So relax!.!.!.!.if by age 17 the situation is the same!.!.!.!.then you can worryWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is no exact age, but usually growing completely stops at about age 19-20!. Some boys simply do not get very tall, that's related to his DNA makeup, so there is likely nothing wrong with him if everything else is going normally!. Also, he is only beginning his growth spurt, so he has another 5-7 years to go before he's done!. Be patient!.;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont be worried :) everyone has their growth spurt at different times!. i know a couple of teens who were 6ft 3 by 14 but then grew only another inch in the 3 or 4 years!.

he may not have had his growth spurt yet thats all!. if you are really concerned you can consult a doctor!. as for the 'pimples', these are probably just spots that every teen gets!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no specific age!.
He is only 13, trust me he as a LONG way to go before he is done developing!.
But there is no specific age because it is different for every single boy in the world!.
I would say 19-20!.
