my mom has to move me and scream at me for me to wake up

It's nothing to be worried about; you're a heavy sleeper!. That can be a good thing!. Some people would give anything for a decent night's sleep: on planes, noisy cities, hotels, you name it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
that happen you could buy a really a really loud alarm clock
but one trick thats always helped me is to play my favorite and most catchiest music really loud before i go to sleep

On the dim side, I suppose you would be in danger if a fire were to strike!.
Sorry, I don't know why you are such a heavy sleeper!. Are you on any medications at all!? And do you sleep longer than, say, 8 hours a night !?!?

You don't sleep enough, your body is really tired!. And if you're still a heavy sleeper when you do get enough sleep, it's natural!. Studies show that light sleepers are more sensitive to other people's feelings!. Haha, maybe you're just not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
