Question: Im urinating often what can i have!?
its not like everyday but sometimes i go pee a lot!. i know coffee and alcohol makes you pee more but sometimes when i dont even have those i still pee a lot especially when im going laying down in my bed trying to sleep!. i have urge to go to the washroom every 30 min when im trying to sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are many reasons why you have to pee often!. The basic rule is fluid in, fluid out!. If you drink a lot but pee a little, you have problems!. If you don't drink a lot, but you feel like you have to go often, you have a problem!. Either way you need to see a doctor soon!. I would suggest a walk in clinic or urgent care!. The problems can be prostrate related, or a urinary tract infection, or kidney stones!. An untreated urinary tract infection can lead to scaring of the kidney resulting in permanent damage!. A prostrate problem can be just swelling, or tumor either cancerous or non-cancerous!. If you have pain go to the ER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could be diabetic!. You could have had too much to drink (of any kind) during the evening causing your bladder to fill more as you try to sleep!. Try cutting back on your fluids after about 6 PM and see if you still have problems at night!.
