Question: I want to stop smoking!?
I'm 16 and have been smoking since i was 13!. I smoke about 20 a day!.

What's the best method to use to quit and will i get fat if i stop smoking!.

Dude, I'm 17 and I've been smoking since I was 11 and I have 20-25 a day!.
Just go to your doctors and they'll give you advice!.
You can get gum (which tastes absolutely vile), patches (which can make you puke if you smoke whilst wearing it) inhalers (which I think are the best option) and many more!.

I'd suggest that you start tapering off a little by little!. Tell yourself that you don't need it!. It will be difficult!. It is in the same addictivity range as cocaine!. I think one of the best things you can do is start exercising (aerobics or weight-lifting)!. The exercising will help you ward off cravings and make you feel healthier!. Also, it will provide extra motivation for you to quit, because people who exercise and get in shape will start seeing the benefits of staying healthy and will likely not smoke to keep their body healthy!.

Can't stop smoking cigs!? Start smoking weed!. It'll be familiar to your lungs, and it won't give you cravings like the cigarettes!. Okay I'm just kidding!. But if you feel like chilling out for a while with weed, the best thing to do is to eat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

last year for about some weeks i used about 30 per day but after it i hadn't smoke even 1!.but from last month i used about 2 or 3 per week just for relaxation !.

Start by going from 20 to 19 from 19 to 18 and so on!. everytime u feel like smoking eat a lollipop!. buy a bag of them!. It takes 21 days to break a habit!. Go over a list of the side effects of smoking as a way to motivate yourself to quit!. it might be very hard in the beginning, but do u really want to have all these diseases for the rest of your life rather than spend a month or a year on breaking the bad habit to become a healthier person!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of the best methods i've heard of in a while is these ear magnets that you stick on your ear that release endorphins to counteract the nicotine!. First of all you should know That smoking Is horrible!. You die earlier than everyone else, you get cancer,your breath smells and You have yellow teeth! When I was 15, I was doing 6 sticks a day and thought I was addicted!. Now I don't ever pick up a stick, but I still chew tobacco so it looks like I'm borderline addicted but it's not a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
