Well, first off; Size doesn't really matter THAT much!.
As long as you're above say;4-5 inches you're good to go!. Plus it hurts less for the girl!.
Second, though being circumsized is nicer, uncut is fine!. As long as you keep it clean!. The only difference is being cut is sometimes cleaner & nicer to look at, also a little easier for sex & oral!.

1) Penis size isn't important!. I'm more worried about my total body image than the size of my junk!. But, to answer your question, I consider 6!.5" to 7!.5" to be a good sized penis!. (as in not too big, and not small)
