Question: How many of you were 5'4 at 14!?
im kinda concerned with my height!. just tell me if you were 5'4 at 14!. How tall were you the next school year at 15!? How tall did you end up getting final height!? When was your major growth spurt!? all this wll help me out!. btw my parents are dad 5'11 and mom 5'6!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was 14, I was 5'6
At 15, I was 5'8
Now I'm 16 and I'm 5'10
And my mom is 5'4 and my dad is 5'9 (I'm getting my height from my mom's side because most of her family is past 6'2, at least the guys)
I don't know when my major growth spurt was!. I guess right now!. haha I was just 5'9 back in the summer!.

I was 5'7'' at 14, I'm 16 now (december 4th), haven't measured myself since, by the way, believe what you wnat, but your height doesn't depend that much on genetics!. Most of it is health, good diet and excercise along with sleep and stress free mind!. I mean when you hit 18, does your body just go, oh he's 18, gotta quit growing now!? I might pull off somewhere between 5'10'' or 6'!. I don't know about you!. Some parents are average height and even the rest of the family might be average, but they end up with tall kids, don't they!. Just keep hoping, can't do much besides stay healthy, one and only way to have a good growth pattern!. Haha, even the doctor can give you the wrong answer, all's they use is a simple chart to give you an estimate, your body can break that growth pattern!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There's no way we can tell you how tall you will be, but really you will grow until you're 24!
Every one has growth spurts at differnt times!. But if you go to a physical with your doctor, they will give you more information about how tall you will be!. Just make sure you drink limited caffeine (coffee, pop, or energy drinks), eat a balanced healthy diet, and exercise!

I was about 5"9 when I was 14(there must be something in the water up North-East here, I have always been tall and I am still not fully done growing)!.
There is no reason for you to be concerned at all, it is in your DNA!.!.!. you cant change that at all!. Best thing is to just be yourself!.

well i am 5,5 and 17!.!.!.but you have nothing to worry about if your dad is 5,11 you can be potentially 3 inches taller then your tallest parent they say!.!.!.so you will be around 6,2 at the most remember us guys dont stop growing until where 21Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was 5'4 at 14, maybe even less!. When I hit 15 I was about 5'6!. Now I'm 17 and 5'10!. I never really had much of a growth spurt!. I've grown about two inches a year since I was 12!. My dad is 6'0, so an inch taller than your dad but my mom is only 5'0!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
