Answers:
You are not, and cannot waste sperm!. I sometimes wonder what we teach kids in sex ed!.

Sperm is continually produced, millions of sperm cells a day!. Actually leaving them inside (by for example not masturbating) is not healthy, increases your risk of prostate cancer and increases the probability that your sperm will become mutated sufficiently to cause other problems!. That is a simple fact!.

Another words, masturbation is good for you, as well as being natural, normal, and pleasurable!.

As for the length of time it takes to ejaculate and the consistency of your fluid!. Those things vary normally over your lifetime and are affected, for example, by things like what you are eating and drinking and how much eating and drinking you are doing; what physical shape you are in; etc!.

None of it has anything to do with masturbation!. The only effect in that regards masturbation can have is that if you masturbate regularly you may have slightly less SEMEN containing your sperm in any given ejaculation!. 72 hours respite will do as much as can be done to restore your quantity at any time however!. Of course, when you have sex, no one ever notices how much comes out, so it is a rather silly concern, since you are fully as fertile as you ever were!.

Don't obsess over such things, just enjoy your body -- that's what its for!.
