when you shave make sure you use shaving cream
and you need to make sure it's moisturized!
once you do it regularly the bumps will go away!
it's irritated because your skin isn't use to it yet!.

its for women but idk i think it wont harm you
(thats because its for the female's private parts you know and everything down there is sensible lol)
