its nothing to worry about as long as its not too much water in it or you are constipated !.!.it is likely just the food you are eating so you might want to improve youre diet if needs be !.!.
you are feeling bad afterwards because of the strain most likely that and you might be loosing fluid that way !.!.so i suggest you drink as much water as you can pure water and juices
