Guys in the age from around 15 to 30 have them more than older guys, they come on do to the fact he has to pee and also he has had a dream about sex or a really hot girl and in some cases he might be into guys!. So he is going to get one up!. It is a sign of a health person they get them more than once during the night, with me I used to get them very often up until I was in my mid 30's I guess not that I'm in my 50's it is a rare thing!. I get up at least three times a night just to go pee and have a semi wood but as soon as I go it is gone!. No sex in the last three years so in your case take advantage of it while you can!.
