Question: Anything that someone could take after a workout so they are not sire the next day!?
I have now been working out for a week running and lifting weights!. After the first time that I lifted weights I was really sore for about 2 days, and so I started again today!. Is there anything that a person could take so that they are not as sore the next few days!? I heard that bananas worked but I haven't tried that yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
