now 1 year later i'm 170

Bench + PowerClean + Squat and then divide it by your weight

Good question!. I don't really think, though, there is a correct answer I can give you!. It basically depends on how well developed your arm and upper body muscles are!. I guess you just have to ask an older friend or perhaps a gym teacher!. All in all, you want to bench enough that it is a challenge, but not so much that you get tired within a few benches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
