it varys with every one and their genetics!. it happens gradually, once you have got pubic hair and hair on your legs even under your armpits then your starting to hit puberty and your voice will get deeper but this might not happen til your 15 or older be patientWww@Answer-Health@Com
By 11, you should have started to notice SOME of the signs of puberty!.
It is not unusual for puberty to not really start until 12 or even 13!.
