well your skin turns darker beacause it will be exposed to the sun!. or a tan, but thats it!. and it takes too long to shave all your body and unless its for a special ocasion its not worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No there are no negative effects doing that:but very time consuming!.
And it won;t make your skin darker :only when you sit in the sun a lot!.
