Yes, this is a serious question!. What does a single red bump on the penis mean!? Not on the head!. My fiance has one and we know it can't be an STD cause I was tested for everything when I got pregnant and I have nothing!. So could you get pimples there!? Its where the hair starts to come in towards the bottom almost!. He also has a little dry patch of skin almost on the head that's been there quite a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its nothing to worry about!. most guys have bumps on their penis and scrotum, called Fordyce Spots!. It could be an ingrown hair, or a pimple!. Why dont you ask him about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
