Question: Abbs by summer !?!?!?!?workouts needed! !?
I'm 17 years old, 5'9" and 150lbs!. I want to get abs for the summer!. What exercises can I do without weights or equipment!. What suggestions do you have!? How long do you think it will take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

And if you have some extra fat on top use cellulite cream which helps firm the base!.
Then it will be easier for the abs to show :D

Worked for me!

With the sit ups also try doing 100 a day, and it doesnt have to be at one time, just like 25 in the morning, 25 in arvo, 25 before dinner and 25 before you go to bed!.
Do more if you're up for it :)

Should take about 2 weeks until you notice the first sign of firming and abs :)

well anyways, I think I would do alot of push-ups and sit-ups for starters!.!.!.!.why push-ups!?!?!? well you want to work your arms too cuz it'll look weird if you have nice abs but scrawny arms =P

well start with how many you can do, and keep repeating it !.!.!.I'm no trainer so ask your PE teacher or if your lucky, an actual trainer will answer your question here!.!.!.: )

There are no quick fixes nor magic potions!. It takes work, dedication & commitment - or it aint gonna happen! Get completely off junk food & sugary sweet soda's!. Eat a good, balanced, healthy diet!. Drink plenty of water & fat free milk!. Do sit ups - push ups - pull ups - skip rope!. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner!. Within 90 days you should be able to tell a noticeable differnece!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
