When I was your age I got the same lump behind my nipple!. I went to the doctor who told me that it was normal, and that in only a few cases does the lump develop into cancer!. Mine disappeared after a couple of years!. Don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bro it is a puberty it isnt anything to worry about but if you want a few suggestion that might help the sensitivity and or soreness that comes with them here are a few on the house

Go to a pharmacy and pick up two creams one is an ointment with benzocaine in it !.!.and the other is hydro cortisone !.!.rub them in twice a day whenever they are sore or sensitive it should help !.!.

Hot baths just soaking in it should help any soreness !.

And going shirtless when you can should help because you need air to get to them for proper healing !.!.

i hope you feel better soon bro and its nothing to worry about
