I'm too Skiny I guess?!


Question: I'm too Skiny I guess!?
I'm 16, some years ago I was real fat, but now, I dunno how it changed, but I feel and whats more important "look" too skiny!.My arms look like theyll break any moment lol, and everyone tells me I'm too skiny!.But I don't know why!.Eating won't do it!.I eat as much as I can, but I don't get fatter!.Maybe It's because I don't eat a lot of variety!.I mostly only eat noodles, fries or anything thats got something to do with potatos!.Sometimes I eat other food but thats not very likely!.I also like never eat bread, but is bread that important!?

So, could my problem be one of those or whats likely the problem with me!?

Wow you sound exactly like me!

Well I say to eat a lot of protein and workout!. That'll get you bigger and more fit!.

And I would say stay away from bread!. Bread is a "filler" (gets you full quicker) but doesn't pack on pounds!. You need heavier foods like meat!.

Proteins can do the trick too! They are somewhat of a meal replacer so if you drink that and eat normally, you will gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
