How long till I am not sore anymore?!


Question: How long till I am not sore anymore!?
I started working out on Monday (2 days ago)!. Upper body MWF, Lower body TRS!. Sunday off!. Cardio in between!.

I can barely walk around my dorm room today!. When will I not be sore anymore!?

And does the soreness go away!? Like in a couple weeks, will I still be sore when I am working out!? Or does it go away over time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you just started working out, the soreness is normal!. It usually goes away after a few days!. Drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need a good healthy diet and sleep to help repair and build your muscles!. The soreness will go away the next day if you stretch and rework the muscles lightly!. If I were to run 5 miles today, I would be sore the next day!. I would then be sore for the first 1/4 mile of my next days run!. Don't over do it!. keep working but with lighter weight in a few weeks you will feel better in 2 weeks or so as you keep liftingWww@Answer-Health@Com

You've went to hard may be take pain killers it'll take more than a few days to go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
