Question: Best way for a 13 year old to get abs!?
I am 13 years old and all of my friends have a 6 pack!.!.!. I am 160 pounds and want to know what is the best way to get absWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, everyone has abs, though some maybe not as defined!. its just that most people have thick layers of fat over their stomach covering these abs!. so my first suggestion is to do some kind of aerobic activity to burn off this fat!. ex!. running (thats wt i do), swimming, biking, etc!. then after you get rid of the fat on your stomach, do a whole shitload of crunches and ab workouts that you can find just be googling it!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, its okay not to have one yet!. But if you want to, do a leg raise for 3 minutes under the couch then raise your leg for 10 sec, then immediately do crunches for 3 minutes!. each dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat lean meat, start doing crunches and at least 20-45 mins of cardio a day (running, cycling!.!.)


dont be worried about the 6pack at 13 though!. its not that big of a deal to young girls at that age!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try working out and eating healthy!. Envy will encourage you to do that!. so keep looking at how fit they are!. :]
