I still cant get over my 1st love from whom I have not heard in 2 months, I consider it a break up, its her bipolar symptoms keep us apart, it was all too perfect and now its just so painful!. I need a way out of this ASAP, im dying inside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like a good guy!. So, I'll bet you were the best guy you could be to her!. That's all you can do, man!. As long as you are yourself, and you do the right things, and you are the best man you can be for her, that's all!. If she leaves you after that, then you just have to find a way of accepting that you two weren't a perfect match!. (remember a perfect match is perfect for you, and perfect for her)!.

Getting over someone is hard, but the way to do it is to find someone or something else to fill the void in your mind!. You worry, pine over, and feel sad because you had something that you no longer have!. Get something else!. A new hobby!? A new girl!? Spend time doing something else!.

I had/have the same problem!.!.!. I feel like a hypocrit, because I can't make it work, myself!.
