Question: What can i do to satisfy my appetite!? help :(!?
i'm a 17 year old boy, weighing about 13 stone, 5ft9ish!.
I have to go to hospital tomorrow for a colonoscopy =( So today and tomorrow, i'm not allowed to eat!. I can only have clear liquids!.
I'm starving =( what can you recommend I do to satisfy my appetite, or at least help it!? Water and Lemonade are getting tedious!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat anything!. My husband had one a year ago!.!.!.you will be really cleaned out after they give you that special liquid to drink ;) You will be glad you got through the day and didn't eat!.!.!.I hope the colonoscopy goes well for you!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know of any clear liquids that would cure an appetite!.

this may sound dumb, but try eating some ice chips!. just the process of chewing and swallowing can sometimes fill the psychological need to eat!. in a sense your body thinks you're eating and may stop sending you signals of hunger!. It's a matter of tricking yourself!. worth a shot, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
