Is This A Good Workout Routine?!?!


Question: Is This A Good Workout Routine!?!!?
Hi I am 15 years old and I am looking to build muscle mass on my arms, pecs, shoulders, legs and abs! I train my upper body at home on monday, wedsnday and friday!. I then train my legs and abs on tuesdays and thursdays!. My eating is good I try to eat tuna pasta for lunch and then some sort of chicken based meal at night but at school its hard to eat protein, is a chocolate milkshake good!?!?It has lots of protein but should i drink this!? My all round figure is good, arms have tone and bit of bulk, but rest is just tone!

Any suggestions!?

Oh and I also go for an all round workout at the gym on saturday or sunday!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat 6 times a day, eating small meals the size of your fist!. Milkshakes are fine, also protein bars are good for when you are at school!. Eating 6 times a day will help with building your muscle and keeping your metabolism high!.The body for life diet is a great diet! Check it out and buy the book!.
