How can I lose my "little" belly within 4 months?!
Question: How can I lose my "little" belly within 4 months!?
I am 15 years old, 5'9'' and 185 lbs!. I have a small belly and small manboobs!. You can see a faint outline of my abs forming, but I want to lose my belly completely, and make my chest flat!. I want to do this in 4 months because I will be going on a school trip to a hotel, and I want to go to the pool, and the water park with confidence about how I look!. What exercises can I do to help with this!? Can cardio help bring down my manboobs so they are COMPLETELY flat!? Thanks!. do a work out on monday
run a long run on tuesday ohh id say 60 minutes or so
another workout on tuesday
a medium on thursday id say like 45 minutes
then a simple 30 minute run on friday
and on Saturday run for 45 minutes again
(take off sunday)
on the 45 minute days and your long run days focus on core workouts
like 6inces, crunches, side bridges, ect ect ect!.
you legs will KILL for the 1st week, at night for 15 weeks rest you legs in the air on the wall(as in you lay on your back to make a 90 degree angle)
after the first 2 or 3 week you will get kinda use to it
if your wondering about the workout go ask someone on your schools track/cross country team for some tips!.

Go to the gym, work out, and especially do ab excersizes!. The best one that I reccoment is sit-ups!. If you do 10 sit-ups at 5 random times a day, you have gotton 50 a day!. :D You can even do sit-ups while your watchinbg t!.v!.! Just do them during commercials! As for the manboobs, just do push-ups and I think that will help!.
