The skin is very red/red-pink!. It even has little bumps on the sides!. He's not circumcised so the end of it looks so bad!. Answers:
Yes, he needs to wash it in warm salt water!. Pull back the skin and clean it well!. Put some anti-biotic ointment on the under skin around the head!. Keep it clean and the ointment will keep infection down!. Silicone type of lube is best to use!. If he will not put it on then you should lube yourself to prevent dryness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rest it a while - about a week or 2!. No sex or masturbation!.

By having sex or masturbating he is just going to exacerbate the condition!. I am pretty sure if you do this, it will resolve itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, sounds like some chafing going on for sure!. also, it sounds like he's got a yeast infection going under the foreskin!.

He needs to see the doctor!. And lay off any sex for a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well why don't you stop having sex with him!? lol
just say no more sex untill it's healed!.
