I do it once before I go to school, around 3rd period I go to the bathroom and rub one out, during lunch, right when I get home about 3 or 4 times, right before dinner, after dinner, before I go to bed, and I normally wake up about 2 or 3 and do it again!. Technically there is nothing wrong with excessive masturbation!. But if you are using it to cope with something then you are developing a dependency which is mentally unhealthy!. Also you can injure your penis if you masturbate aggressively and without proper lubrication or cause "rug burn" so just be aware of that!. When i was young I used to masturbate quite a bit aswell!. However it is not necessarly healthy on the psyche to be so preoccupied with sex and such!. Also, masturbating less would make it better when you do rub them out!. Try to cut back a bit, but don't stress about it!.
