Question: How do i get rid of these!?
How can you get rid of "man-boobs"!? i!.e any particular exercises that would work on that area!. Please this is a very serious question, 10 points for best answer by the end of the night!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

A good exercise is actually push ups!. They exercise the chest muscles therefore exchanging the fat for muscle!. Also, only drink water and you should lose a lot of weight altogether, This won't just happen though!. You've got to keep at it!. You need to see a doctor for this condition called Gynocomastia in which males form breasts!. There are many different caused from Tea Tree Oil products, Lavender Oil Product (These Oils are found in Shampoos,Soaps and deodorants) Medications cause 20% of this condition and then there are also Growth Hormones in the Meat Products we consume that contribute to this condition!.

Exercise and diet will help, but see a doc and have your hormones checked!. another option is surgery-if that fits your budget!. I have a guy friend who had surgery (breast reduction) and looks great! You could have excess estrogen!. (yes men have estrogen)

stop to eat meat and food that contains much hormone , ex : Fas Food , etc
