has anyone got results without the warm up, i dont no if i have time to warm it up before the session!. what was your uck with jelqingWww@Answer-Health@Com

The times I've warmed up I've seen results!. The times I don't warm up is because I'm using the vacuum pump for ligament stretching!. Even with the vacuum pumping the warm compress augments that process!.
