What are the upsides to doing work outs,?!


Question: What are the upsides to doing work outs,!?
Ok i have decided its time to start working out,

because i feel i have a bit of flab!.!.

Basically from the top of my pelvis and up my stomach sticks out then it just keeps going up in a straight line, dunno if its natural but it looks really fat and i can pinch that area and have some skin sticking out, thats what i fear!. i dont wanna be fat!.!.!.

Also i need someone to tell me if its fat or not ill take 2 pictures of it later and upload them ill name them so you can check which one you are looking for hehe :)

But please can someone tell me what the upsides are to Working out, and tell me if its fat or not :) Thank you (L)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise is good for you and you feel good after it as your body releases endorphins, that give you a natural high, after exercise!. To get your heart working you need 30 minutes of brisk walking, or similar exercise and if you keep going 10 minutes more you start to really do some good!. You are not overweight at all!. Like someone else said you would benefit from toning up your muscles not from losing weight!. Losing weight for you would be unhealthy!.

It's more than likely a little fat!. The upsides of working out is you feel & look healtheir!. But - WISHING it would happen won't make it work! If you don't make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements - then it aint gonna happen!. Get off junk food & sugary sweet soda's Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet!. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner!. Within 90 days you won't believe the difference in how you look & feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just run, sit ups, crunches, do curls, squats!. then before and after drink protein!. drink lots of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok first of all before answering your question about the fatness, exercising isn't just for losing weight!. Exercising can benefit you in SO many ways!

Many skinny people can still be extremely unhealthy!. This is because when people decide they want to lose weight they focus mainly on their diet and think if they get that sorted they won't need to focus on exercising!. I know people skinnier than myself but if I challenged them to a race I'd run laps around them because they simply aren't fit!. Fitness is the main thing, a healthy lifestyle means a longer life!.

Other than the obvious, exercising greatly improves your mood and your outlook on life!. When you exercise you ease all the tension in your body as your muscles relax!. You get rid of a lot of strain!. You release endorphins from your brain which makes your mood feel great!. You also gain a sense of accomplishment!. Exercising lifts your mood and balances your emotions!.

Back to the question!. I don't think you are fat!. All you need to do is tone up!. You don't need to lose any weight, just tighten up your muscles, particularly your abs!. There are specific exercises you can do for this, the most common ones being sit ups and press ups!. There is a huge list of exercises you can do to train your abdominal area and also body toning equipment!.

One of the companies for selling body toning equipment is slendertone, I'll put the link in the source box!. How it works is it sends tiny electrical shocks to your muscles, working them out for you without you doing anything!. I wouldn't rely soley on this but it is an amazing help!. There are also many sites for teenagers which specialise in what you are trying to do which is tone up and get fit!. The one I use personally and find incredibly useful is SparkTeens (again, look at the source box)!. It gives a list of exercises, foods, it has an exercise planner, nutrition planner, forums!.!.!.
