Your body has been in recovery from your injury and it has been resting which is why you lost the weight, so you really need to start back at rugby a little slower and build your endurance back up!. FOR the PAIN though, you really need to nourish your muscles with magnesium in the form of external application and internal supplementation!. A coolish bath with alot of epsom salts is the best way to get magnesium externally, and you need to get a good electrolyte drink that has lots of magnesium in it!. A good one will have 300mg magnesium and it will also contain potassium, calcium and sodium!. Also drink plenty of fresh ginger infused tea (4+ a day) for the inflammation!. Other great anti-inflammatories are bromelain (from pinapple), and tumeric!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are sport person you need to adopt yoga in you daily life to escape such kind of problems!. Yoga is a relevant form of exercise that can help in stretching the muscles and toning the body!. Breathing and meditation will help to calm your tense muscles and will ease stress along with it also help to increasing your focus, energizing you, keeping infections and illness at bay and will also keep you motivated and peaceful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
