Question: Im uncircumcised and when I retract the skin, my pee hole is red and swollen why!?
Its a little bump that's red!. It right on the pee hole!. It hurts when I pee but doesn't hurt otherwise!. I went to the doctors and told them when i pee it hurts and she said it will be fine!. Its been like 4 months since i saw her and nothing happened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its infection or its caused by a reaction to soap you are using to clean it with !.!.
First !.!.make sure when you can that you are wiping each time you pee !. i know its going to hurt right now bro but you really need to wipe very gently even now ok !.!.
Second for the next seven days !.!.one week do not use soap to clean youre pee hole or under youre foreskin !.
Instead just soak in a warm bath each night and while its underwater pull back youre foreskin as best you can and open up youre pee hole a little let just a little water get in there just to rinse it out !.
Make sure you dry well afterwards !.!.
If it does not start getting better in seven days !.!.you need to convince youre parents to take you back to the doctor or to see another doctor !.

Second, it sounds like at best you have an infection under your foreskin, and at worst you have an STD!.
