Rinse it with water!. Do not use soap, but if you must, use a mild soap!. Your glans (head of the penis) is mucous membrane just like under your eyelids!. Soap will dry it out!. Not good!.

Well, if you're intact/uncircumcised, just retract the foreskin while you're in the shower, you can choose to use soap if you want, rinse off, pat dry (never rub) then just roll the foreskin back over the head!. Wash it once a day also, it takes less than five minutes anyways!.

if you mean you are wondering how to because you are uncircumcised then what you need to do is to gently pull back your foreskin if you can and clean gently to make sure the smegma is washed off!. this should be done daily!. if you cant pull the foreskin back to clean it try to run warm water over your penis while in the shower each day and gently try to stretch the foreskin back by pulling the skin towards your body!. do this for each day and eventually the foreskin should be able to come back enough to clean it!.
