If you know the answer is PROTEIN, then it is not that hard of getting big arms that full of muscles!. If however, you don't know this answer but just keep whining about your workout doesn't work, then I don't even know why you should work out at the 1st place!.

you need to lift weights, arm curls especially!. do 3 sets of 15 repetitions, every other day!. start off with a weight that is not too heavy, but that is not too light either!. you can feel it is working when you muscles get a burning sensation!. do the right exercises!. something like bicep curls and triceps extensions!. Make sure you keep increasing weight too!. Also be sure you are eating plenty of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it all depends, exercises should work!.
Bicep curls with a day of rest in between should help, taking supplements such as creatine help as well, and protein drinks too
