At your proportions for your hieght and weight-you seem to be large on you hip measurement!. Try lifting wieghts for the upper body and fast walking to get your hip measurement more in line!.
Probably no "vital stats" for males, but you usually want the
"V" shape from the top down!. Your stats right now seem like you are hanging upside down!. -it does go CHEST-WAIST-HIPS in the measurements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
